“I had no problem with E-Z Way Parking at EWR. The check-in process was very smooth. The shuttle was fast and friendly. When we returned, we were promptly picked up at departures and my car was in perfect condition. The online price was honored with no issues at all. I would use them again!”

“This was my first time with off site parking at EWR. I usually just park in the P3 lot, but I wanted to save some money and tried checking out this place. I was extremely hesitant because my last off site parking experience was at The Parking Spot at JFK and it was TERRIBLE. I had to wait 4 hours for my car (Oh and they lost it…how they lose a car is beyond me but I digress). So I gave it a shot. Apart from it being relatively difficult to find (there were no signs or anything that I could see apart from the fact that I knew it was in the Crowne Plaza hotel parking lot), everything went extremely well. The shuttles were very fast and the drivers were really nice. Just got back today and my car was waiting for me right outside the office. It was pretty dirty, but hey, for $8/day I dont really care how much dirt is on it when I get back. I will definitely use them for future parking. Also, if you do decide to use these guys, make sure you print and bring the $8/day coupon with you. They will NOT give you the discount if you dont have the physical coupon.”

“I have to publish a rating after reading all the comments listed here. I have used EZ-Way several times over the past few years and have NEVER had anything less than an excellent experience. For starters, for all the reviews that complained about the rate they were charged for NOT having the online printout with them, you have noone to blame but yourselves. It says VERY CLEARLY on the reservation printout that you MUST have the printout to get the rate you reserved. If you cannot manage to follow the instructions that accompany the reservation, don’t blame the company. I have never waited for a shuttle. I have never had any damage on my car or in my car. I have never been charged a dollar more than I was quoted. I have travelled with my family, ranging from a 2 year old to an 89 year old and have never had an issue with service or helpfulness. They drop you off where you ask and pick you up where they tell you to wait. As far as accomodations, I had a last minute issue a couple years ago that required a pickup from the airport a half hour after I was dropped off and a delay of my trip by several days. The shuttle came right back for us, brought us back to the lot and the attendant simply handed me back my keys, no questions asked and told me she’d see me in a couple days…which she did. I was considering trying out a different lot this time as EZ Way is no longer the cheapest, but after reading a few other very bad reviews and having NEVER had a bad experience with EZ Way, I am going back to them again next week. I have recommended EZ Way to all my friends and family and I will continue to do so until I have a bad experience with them, which I have no reason to expect.”
