If you are a thrill seeker, chances are that you have visited quite a few amusement parks. However, not all amusement parks are created equal- some provide far more thrills than others do. Grab your courage and buckle up for an unforgettable visit to these thrilling amusement parks.

Six Flags Magic Mountain

Located in Los Angeles, California, Six Flags Magic Mountain is home to some of the scariest thrill rides. The X2 is a particularly thrilling coaster that has 360 degree rotating seats that spin you in every direction while the 20 story high coaster barrels along at 76 miles per hour.

If that were not enough to get your adrenaline pumping, you can also plunge off a 152-foot tower in a simulated skydiving ride called the Dive Devil. With nothing but a harness and ripcord to hold you in, you plunge toward the ground at nearly 60 miles per hour.

Hershey Park

In Hershey, Pennsylvania, you can find the ultimate thrill on the coaster Fahrenheit. This inverted loop coaster raises you 121 feet into the air only to plunge you down a 97-degree negative drop. The thrills do not end there, though.

Once you have made the initial plunge, another drop of 107 feet, corkscrew, cobra, and an inverted S roll still awaits you.

If you are in need of even more thrills, you can ride the SkyRush, Hershey Park’s fastest and tallest coaster. Flying along the track at 75 miles per hour and 200 feet in the air, you will experience, zero gravity hills and high speed turns unavailable on any other coaster in the park.

Stratosphere Hotel

One of the absolute scariest rides in Las Vegas is the Stratosphere Hotel’s Insanity ride. After all, there is nothing quite like dangling 900 feet above the Las Vegas Strip. The Insanity is situated atop the hotel and extends 64 feet off the northern edge of the hotel’s tower. A claw-like ride with seats spins you at 40 miles per hour on a 70-degree tilt over the Strip.
